I purchased a First Watch $50 gift card .I checked the gift card balance 5 minutes after I received the link from seller anc balance was only $3.25. I Immediately contacted the seller through support tab and have not received any response at all. It's been two days and I've received no response.

Did not work at all, used it before and worked but now the locations do not allow us to use…tried contacting support twice and haven’t heard them back so I guess they do not care about their customers…
